Proximus launches Flex+: a new generation of convergent packs, bringing the full power of fiber to residential customers

As of today, Proximus introduces Flex+, its new convergent portfolio for residential customers, showcasing its network leadership and reinforcing its premium brand positioning. Flex+ is a new generation of packs, guaranteeing the fastest internet speeds with fiber and an ultra-fast mobile experience with Proximus' 5G network, while providing increased flexibility to pick-and-choose from a wide range of services. Next to this, Proximus is happy to offer all residential customers and small businesses a one-year subscription to the AI-driven search engine Perplexity Pro.

The fastest internet in Belgium, matching every customer's needs

As digital needs continue to evolve —for teleworking, online learning, gaming, video streaming or connecting numerous devices—, a fast and stable internet connection at home is more than ever essential. Thanks to fiber, Proximus can continue to adapt its offer to these changing habits. With Flex+, Proximus ensures access to the fastest internet in Belgium (as certified by Ookla® and nPerf) and an ultra-fast 5G experience. At the same time, the new portfolio leverages the newest Wi-Fi technologies (Wi-Fi 6 & Wi-Fi 6E) for superior in-home connectivity.

The principle of speed capping instead of out-of-bundle charges for mobile data is also maintained, ensuring full peace of mind for the customer.

Yet Flex+ also goes further by offering customers the ability to fully personalize their pack, selecting only the services they need or see as an added value. Starting from their (Fiber) internet at home, customers can add one or multiple mobile subscriptions and/or TV via Pickx, but also a fixed line or Wi-Fi Boosters to enhance their experience, available as separate options. This flexibility is also reflected in the fast and easy self-install process.

• Flex+ Mega Fiber 500 Mbps, ideal for teleworkers and streamers, offers symmetrical speeds with Wi-Fi 6. Combined with a mobile 5G subscription that includes 20 GB mobile data and unlimited voice/sms, it is available from €79.99/month (promo: €64.99/month for six months).
• Flex+ Giga Fiber 2 ,Gbps, ideal for families with different users connecting simultaneously, offers symmetrical speeds with the powerful Wi-Fi 6E technology. Combined with a mobile 5G subscription that includes 20 GB mobile data and unlimited voice/sms, it is available from €89.99/month (promo: €69.99/month for six months).
• Flex+ Ultra Fiber 10 Gbps, ideal for gamers and customers that want to get the most of what technology can bring today, offers symmetrical speeds with Wi-Fi 6E. Combined with a mobile 5G subscription that includes 20 GB mobile data and unlimited voice/sms, it is available from €119.99/month (promo: €99.99/month for six months).
• Customers who live in an area where fiber is not yet available, can in the meantime benefit from the Proximus experience with Flex+ Go, with 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload. Combined with a mobile 5G subscription that includes 20 GB mobile data and unlimited voice/sms, it is available from €72.99/month (promo: €57.99/month for six months).

The Pickx TV service is available in all of these packs, with or without mobile, for €18 per month (promo: €8/month for 6 months). It contains 80 channels and TV replay for 7 days, available on multiple screens, both at home through the included TV Box or on the go in the EU via the Pickx app. Additional mobile subscriptions (20 GB) can be integrated in the pack for €10 per month. A fixed phone line with unlimited calls can be added for €9 per month (promo: €4/month for 6 months), while Wi-Fi Boosters with Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E capabilities come at €3 or €7 per month respectively (promo: first month for free).

Existing customers can choose freely to keep their current subscription or switch to one of the new packs. On the website, the AI-driven conversational Proximus Assistant will help them configure the best fit depending on their personal needs. Previous pack generations will no longer be commercialized.

Standalone Internet options evolving alongside Flex+

Proximus will also adapt its standalone internet portfolio, introducing the same speed tiering logic and aligning pricing between copper and fiber products. As of 3 March, customers will have the choice between the following internet offers:

• Internet Light / Light Fiber: 200 GB download volume, speeds up to 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload, at €39.99/month.
• Internet Go / Go Fiber: Unlimited volume, speeds up to 150 Mbps (fiber) or 100 Mbps (copper) download / 30 Mbps upload, at €59.99/month (promo: €44.99/month for one year).
• Internet Mega Fiber: Unlimited volume, speeds up to 500 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload, at €64.99/month (promo: €44.99/month for one year).
• Internet Giga Fiber: Unlimited volume, speeds up to 2 Gbps download / 200 Mbps upload, at €77.99/month (promo: €57.99/month for one year).
