Relationship agreement

In accordance with article 8.7. of the 2020 Corporate Governance Code, Proximus concluded in December 2022 a Relationship Agreement with its majority shareholder, the Belgian State. This agreement, that does not impact the autonomy of Proximus, nor the competences of its corporate bodies, has the aim to create a framework for the exchange of information, in full respect with the European and Belgian financial legislation.
