We are committed to investing in a future-proof network that guarantees a secure connection for everyone at all times. We foster a level playing field for competitors, as our gigabit network is a fully open-access platform, on which all other service providers are welcome to offer their own services to their end customers.
Fiber
Fiber is an undisputed superior technology in this regard. We have the ambition of achieving a 95% fiber coverage in Belgium, or around 6 million homes and businesses, by 2032.
5G
In terms of 5G, Proximus has the ambition to cover all major Belgian cities by the end of 2024, and to cover 100% of the country in the 2025-2026 timeframe.
