FLECS - Flexible Collaborative Sourcing

Proximus changed the way in which we engage with suppliers for the sourcing of contractors. We have appointed Randstad Sourceright (RSR) as the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage the full end-to-end process for sourcing all contractors. As part of this solution, we also started working with a Vendor Management System (VMS) called Fieldglass.
