Proximus is launching 'Business Flex', a new range of packs that are customizable according to the needs of each self-employed person and small business

Following the successful launch of Flex for residential customers in July of this year, Proximus is now offering ‘Business Flex’ to its professional customers in order to meet their most important expectations as of tomorrow. This modular pack will allow each independent and small business to find a suitable product. Along with a generous offer, the new Prime service, which is a simple, personalized and pro-active support service, will be included in each Business Flex pack.

The self-employed and small business market represents 96% of all businesses in Belgium and is changing rapidly. Proximus continues to innovate in order to take their changing needs into account and to better meet their expectations. After the successful launch of its new Flex packs designed for families at the start of summer, Proximus is now offering a version specially designed for professionals. This new offer, called Business Flex, will replace the current Bizz All-in and Bizz Office packs.

A modular pack that is generous and efficient

Business Flex is a modular pack that, according to the needs of their company, each customer can configure in terms of Internet connectivity (always including a Wi-Fi booster to ensure optimal coverage), fixed and/or mobile telephony or digital TV, thanks to the Pickx platform. The connectivity is, of course, based on the accelerated deployment of the fiber network, and offers speeds of up to 1 Gbps (download) /150 Mbps (upload) in the areas covered.

The Business Flex portfolio is also very generous, offering unlimited fixed and mobile calls to Belgian numbers (excluding special numbers) from Belgium as well as unlimited mobile calls (excluding special numbers) to all EU countries when travelling within the EU. They also offer complete peace of mind with regard to mobile data consumption, which will no longer be invoiced or cut if the monthly plan is exceeded, but will only be reduced in terms of speed until the following month, while allowing the purchase of a "data boost".

But Business Flex goes much further and offers unique new services to professionals.

Proximus is launching the "Prime" service, exclusively for Business Flex customers

Prime is a new service for professional customers, which is accessible via the MyProximus application. A simple, personalized service that is always accessible and which enables self-employed persons and small businesses to receive direct online support or expert assistance through an intuitive interface for any questions regarding their products and services, their invoice, or just for technical problems.

With Prime, each customer will have the guarantee that an expert will handle their inquiry from A to Z, thereby avoiding having to deal with several contact persons. Through the Prime service, customers will have access to a digital assistant that will offer them quick and effective solutions for dealing with simple problems and they can also opt for a "chat", a telephone conversation or the option of being called back at a time that suits you best. They are given a guarantee that an expert will follow up their request. The Prime service in MyProximus will allow them to monitor the status of their request at any time and get in touch with the expert in charge where necessary.

In order to do this, Proximus has set up a multidisciplinary team made up of experts from technical service centers, administrative services and sales teams. All the customer’s questions can thereby be dealt with within a single multi-disciplinary team.

Always connected

A study carried out among professional customers shows that a growing number of them cannot do without the Internet, even for an hour. Thanks to Business Flex, Proximus offers the guarantee that each customer will always remain connected, in order to avoid any interruption to their professional activity. In order to do this, the Business Flex packs ensure an automatic switch-over to a temporary 4G connection in the event of an Internet failure, in addition to a same-day repair, 24/7 technical assistance, or even the loan of a smartphone for one month in the event of damage, loss or theft of their device.

A tailor-made offer

Thanks to its modularity, Business Flex provides a solution adapted to all types of entrepreneurs and professionals, from starters to small businesses with several employees, from mobile entrepreneurs to more sedentary professions. It can be easily combined with other professional solutions, such as Bizz Online, which allows each professional to effectively create and organize their online presence as well as to engage in e-commerce, or Bizz Call Connect, which offers a professional management of landline and mobile calls without having to resort to a telephone switchboard.

The price of this new Business Flex offer starts from €59, excluding VAT.
