You can request an automated removal of your IP address from our blacklist up to three times per week.
Why We Block IP Addresses
We block IP addresses to protect our network infrastructure when we detect activities such as:
- Spam or phishing: Sent from one of our customers.
- Mass mailing or exceeding limits: More than three simultaneous connections with a PTR record.
- System alerts: Printers, security systems, or similar devices causing repeated alerts.
How to Prevent Being Blacklisted
To maintain uninterrupted access, we recommend the following:
- Install malware removal software and conduct regular system checks.
- Professional users: Send emails via your own SMTP server with proper DNS resolution to bypass residential restrictions.
- Set up a PTR record to ensure your email traffic is recognized as legitimate.
