Blacklisted IP
Proximus prioritizes network security and service continuity for our customers.
To prevent disruptions, we may block IP addresses that send unsolicited messages (spam) or exceed the limits of our residential email platform, in line with our terms and conditions. This helps avoid international blacklisting and ensures email service stability.
We also protect customers who may unknowingly send spam due to misconfigured systems, viruses, or malicious scripts.
Customers with blocked IP addresses can request "Automatic removal from the blacklist" once the issue is resolved. If this is used more than three times in a week, we ask that they contact us via the request "Delisting of IP address" links below for assistance.
Proximus will process all valid requests according to legal requirements and our privacy and security policies.
