Proximus requests a hearing in Parliament

In response to various publications in the press and social media over the last few days, Proximus has today sent an urgent request to the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Mobility, Public Enterprises and Federal Institutions to be heard as soon as possible.

Proximus notes that the criticisms formulated against the company regarding its strategy, shareholding, Board of Directors and management are based on erroneous information.

Proximus plays a crucial role in digital development. This is why Proximus wishes to present its strategy and ambitions, both national and international, to all members of parliament, together with its operational and financial results, its investment program in fiber and 5G networks, the evolution of its share price and its corporate governance framework.
