New culture channel Podium 19 available on Pickx as of 21 January
Seven cultural organisations supported by the Flemish Community (Ancienne Belgique, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Brussels Philharmonic, Concertgebouw Brugge, deSingel, Opera Ballet Vlaanderen and Kunstencentrum Voo?uit) are launching a new TV channel together. Proximus supports this initiative and will make the cultural channel available to all its TV customers. Podium 19 will be broadcast on Proximus Pickx via channel 19.
Podium 19 will be a common virtual stage showcasing mainly new productions from the many Flemish cultural venues, for as long as these impacted by the coronavirus. Every day, the audience can enjoy a broad and diverse range of performing arts from their living room, all of which are on the agenda at one of the cultural organisations in Flanders.
